All participants will receive an event T-shirt and Wristband for your participation. You will also receive an e-certificate at the end of the walk, 4 February 2024, 1500HR.
You will receive your Event Pack by mail, so please ensure that your mailing address is correct upon registration. Physical Walk participants registering after 26 January 2024, 2359hrs, should note that event packs will not be delivered and must be collected on-site on 4 February 2024 to ensure you have your T-Shirt and Wrist Band for the walk. Meanwhile, Virtual Walk participants registering after the same date will still receive doorstep delivery for their event packs.
Absolutely! You can engage in the Virtual Walk scheduled from 15 December 2023 to 2 February 2024. Feel free to set your personal walking distance and fundraising goal to participate.
Yes, you may exclusively attend the physical walk on 4 February 2024. However, we encourage participants to set a fundraising target to support Pro Bono SG. Additionally, the top 10 individuals/teams in each category will be determined on 3 February at 0900HR and will be honoured with a limited-edition award during our physical walk on 4 February 2024.

Yes, you may register as an individual or as a team.
You will receive an email confirmation to your registered email address upon successful registration.
This could be due to the following reason(s):
  • There could be an error in the email address used for registration, so the registration email confirmation was unable to be sent to the correct email address.
  • The email has been blocked by your mail server and/or is treated as a junk/spam email.

Please note that one email address can only be used to register for the event once. To register another participant, you will have to use another email address to register.
Modifications to your T-Shirt size or mailing address can be accommodated within 24 hours of your registration, ensuring timely adjustments before dispatch. Regrettably, any alterations requested beyond this timeframe cannot be facilitated. For additional assistance, please reach out to us here.

You can only participate in the (Virtual Walk). However, your event entitlements can only be delivered to a Singapore-based address.

As the physical event will only be held in Singapore, all participants taking part in the physical walk will need to be present in Singapore during the event day.

Registration for this event is non-transferable and non-refundable as per our Terms and Conditions.
Team Registration
To register for a New Team, please click on the 'Register' button and select the 'Team Leader of a New Team' option and a team code will be issued to the Team Leader. After registration, the team leader will need to log in to obtain the team code. Share the team code with the rest of your team members to use during their registration. Remind them to select 'New Member of an Existing Team' when registering, and enter the team code under 'Team Code of the Team you are joining'.

To join an Existing Team, please click on the 'Register' button and select 'New Member of Existing Team' option. Remember to use the team code provided by your Team Leader.

There is no maximum number of members for team registration.

Please note that one email address can only be used to register for one account (participant). i.e., each participant will need to have their own account to participate in the event.

Virtual Walk
Virtual Walk will be happening from 15 December 2023 to 3 February 2024.

The Virtual Walk allows you to participate at any time and place.

You will need to clock your distance and duration during the virtual walk period (15 December 2023 to 3 February 2024). We recommend that you can take the park connectors (PCNs) or parks near your home. You will need to track your date & time, distance, duration, and route map using Strava (GPS-enabled app).
The last date to register is 2 February 2024. However, we highly encourage all participants to register early.
The e-Certificates will be made available for download 2 to 3 weeks after the event for qualified participants. Please login to your account to download the e-Certificates during the period.
You can download the Strava GPS App here.
You are required to link your Strava account by 5 February. Please link the correct account (with activities clocked). Do ensure that you enable the ‘View data about your private activities’ checkbox during linking authorisation.
Please follow the steps:
  1. Log in to your account at
  2. Click on 'My Activity'.
  3. Click on 'Connect with STRAVA'.
  4. Click on 'Authorize'.

Do ensure that the current account logged in is the correct account as the one linked to your device.

Should your Strava be different accounts (e.g., Website linked to Strava - Facebook Account, but your phone is linked to Strava - Google Account), you will not be able to upload your activities onto your RAC profile correctly. If this occurs, please proceed to unlink the current account, and relink the correct account.

You will be able to view the distance you have completed from your profile page after logging in. You may also view the distance that you have completed by searching for your name or team name in the Leaderboard.

Please ensure your activities are recorded on the Strava app to the event website for the data to be captured and uploaded. If any submissions are not reflected by the 3rd working day, contact us here.
Our system has been designed for participants to link their Strava App and sync activities seamlessly. Without the Strava App, your distance will not be tracked for the Virtual walk.
There is no limit to the number of submissions that you can make, as long as the walking/running activity is recorded on your Strava app and synced to the website during the virtual walk period.
Run, Walk, Hike, Wheelchair activities can be tracked and submitted for this walk. Do ensure your activity is of the correct category, as other activities will not be recorded for the event.

No. You can't use a treadmill, steps tracker and pedometer submission for the virtual race as most treadmills, steps tracker and pedometer do not provide a date/time and route map, and it can't be tracked using the Strava app.

You will have to download, register for a Strava account, and sync it to the race website.

No. All participants should record their own activities using their own Strava app. If you experience any difficulties syncing your activities, please delink and relink to your active Strava account.

You can manually upload the activities to your Strava account here. After you have successfully completed the manual upload, please proceed to link your Strava account to your Just Jalan profile for the activities to be synced seamlessly.
Physical Walk
Just Jalan Physical Walk will be held on Sunday, 4 February 2024. The walk will commence at OCBC Square.
The starting point is at OCBC Square, with the turnaround point located at the Singapore Flyer, resulting in an approximate total distance of 6km.
The last date to register for the Physical Walk is 2 February 2024.
Unfortunately, we will require you to wear the Just Jalan T-Shirt and Wrist Band during the walk. This will not only show your support but also assist safety personnel in identifying participants for any necessary safety measures during the walk.
Please remember to wear your Just Jalan T-Shirt and Wrist Band. We strongly advise participants to carry a water bottle and wear a cap during the walk for your comfort and convenience.
Regrettably, we do not provide a bag deposit area at the venue. We kindly advise all participants to take personal responsibility for their belongings as the organisers will not assume liability for any loss or damage.
Pets are welcome to participate in the physical walk. For the safety of all participants, Participants who bring their pets must:
  1. Ensure that their pet is physically fit to participate in the walk;
  2. Accompany their pet at all times during the walk;
  3. If the pet is a dog, keep it leashed at all times as required by law;
  4. Keep their pet under proper control to ensure that it does not cause a nuisance to any other person or pet;
  5. Take all reasonable steps to ensure that their pet does not injure, endanger, intimidate or otherwise cause distress to any other person or pet;
  6. Ensure that their pet does not damage or endanger any property.

Yes. You can bring along your kids as long as they are registered.

For safety purposes, we highly recommend you to not bring your strollers.
Photography and/or videography will be taken during the event for news and publicity purposes and Pro Bono SG reserves the right to use any photographs, motion picture, recording, or any other record of the run for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising.

In the event of inclement weather, the Organiser reserves the right to delay the commencement of the walk.

Should the inclement weather persist after delay, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the walk without any refund or move the walk to The 100PLUS Promenade.
Please approach the nearest first aiders deployed along the route. Participants who require immediate medical attention may alert the route marshals. A number will be provided to you to call.
There will be volunteers placed along the route to provide support in high congestion areas. The first aid team will be on stand-by on site. If any runners require any assistance during the walk, you may approach any of the organiser staff or volunteers for support. Ambulance services are available if necessary.
Fundraising and Donations
You can share your public profile page with your family and friend and ask them to support you. All donations will support Pro Bono SG and our cause.
The total amount of funds you've raised and the people who donated via your page will be shown in your profile page. Remember to thank those who’ve supported you. You can find the link in your public profile page after successful login.

When you donate to a team on their team profile page, your donation will be shared evenly amongst all members of the team. For example, if you give $500 to a team with five members, each member will "receive" $100 from your donation for them to hit their fundraising goal.

When you donate to a team member's profile page, your donation will only go to that member. Donations made to a team member's profile page will not be distributed amongst other team members.

Whether you choose to donate to a team or team member, your total donation will be reflected in the overall amount raised by the team.

Yes. All donations made to Pro Bono SG during Just Jalan are eligible for tax deductions of 2.5 times of the qualifying donation amount next tax season. Pro Bono SG is an approved Institute of Public Character (IPC).

A valid FULL NRIC No./FIN/UEN is required for auto-inclusion for tax deduction purposes. Your donation details will be provided directly to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and the donation deductions will be included automatically in your individual tax assessment.

Please note that registration fee are not eligible for tax deduction.
GST is not chargeable on donations.
